A company is looking for a Claims Analyst specializing in Workers Compensation for medical-only claims in a remote capacity on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify coverage and compensability issues, conducting limited investigations
• Manage claims processing, including timely bill payments and case management
• Provide superior customer service and maintain accurate documentation of claims activities

Required Qualifications

• College degree required, may be waived with relevant experience
• General knowledge of insurance and claims is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to obtain non-resident adjuster licenses for mandatory states
• Willingness to take continuing education courses to maintain licensure
