Key responsibilities:

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing focused on foundational insurance knowledge and claims operations
• Shadow experienced claims professionals to learn best practices in managing workers' compensation claims
• Gradually take ownership of an evolving portfolio of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios under supervision

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel, and PPT)
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Active listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
