California Licensed Claims Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Claims Associate, the fully remote, entry-level position will engage recent college graduates in a 6-month paid immersive learning program focused on claims management, client service, and professional development through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in structured learning, including instructor-led sessions and job shadowing, to build foundational knowledge in claims operations
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios under supervision
• Engage in stakeholder communication and claims analysis to support effective claims handling and client service

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong familiarity with M365 products (Outlook, Word, basic Excel, and PPT)
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset with active listening skills
