Seeking a California Licensed Claims Associate, the fully remote position offers a 6-month immersive learning experience for recent college graduates, focusing on claims management and client service excellence through structured training, mentorship, and hands-on application of knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in structured learning, including instructor-led sessions and job shadowing to build foundational insurance knowledge
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios under supervision
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support effective claims handling

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Proficiency in M365 products, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Active listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
