Job Summary

Analyzing reported lower-level workers compensation claims, the part-time California Licensed Claims Associate will determine benefits due and ensure ongoing adjudication of claims while working remotely in Brea, CA.

Key responsibilities
  • Process and analyze lower-level workers compensation claims to determine compensability and benefits due
  • Support claims representatives and examiners with larger or more complex claims as necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication regarding claim actions with claimants and clients
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One (1) year of general office experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Claims industry experience preferred
  • Licenses as required
  • PC literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
