California Licensed Claims Associate

Job Summary

To support recent college graduates in launching their careers, the full-time California Licensed Claims Associate will participate in a 6-month paid, fully remote immersive learning program, gaining hands-on experience in claims management and client service excellence while working under the mentorship of experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational insurance knowledge
• Gradually take ownership of an evolving portfolio of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios under supervision
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring claims are handled empathetically and in compliance with guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred, with consideration for candidates with proven experience
• Strong familiarity with M365 products, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to changes in procedures and technology
• Active listening skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
