Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Consultant, High Net Worth - Personal Lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary claims point of contact for high net worth personal lines clients
• Provide proactive guidance throughout the full claims lifecycle and advocate for clients with carriers and adjusters
• Coordinate vendors and support clients during catastrophic loss events, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional service

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience handling high value, complex high net worth personal lines claims
• Property & Casualty License from state of domicile required
• Demonstrated expertise in High Net Worth insurance programs and property insurance
• Strong background in end-to-end claims oversight and client advocacy
