Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Examiner for Workers Compensation, remote for California residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and process workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due
  • Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
  • Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
  • SIP certification required
  • Knowledge of California jurisdiction is essential
