Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and process workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due
- Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
- Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
- SIP certification required
- Knowledge of California jurisdiction is essential
