Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Claim Examiner responsible for managing workers' compensation claims remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigates claims and determines compensability and extent of liability
- Communicates with clients, employers, and medical professionals to ensure timely claim resolution
- Documents claim information and manages reserves, payments, and reports
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience handling complex workers' compensation lost-time claims
- Multi-line experience is required
- Active licensing as a Workers Comp Claim Adjuster
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
