Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Claim Examiner responsible for managing workers' compensation claims remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigates claims and determines compensability and extent of liability
  • Communicates with clients, employers, and medical professionals to ensure timely claim resolution
  • Documents claim information and manages reserves, payments, and reports
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience handling complex workers' compensation lost-time claims
  • Multi-line experience is required
  • Active licensing as a Workers Comp Claim Adjuster
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
