Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex workers' compensation claims, managing them through action plans to timely resolution
• Negotiate settlements and manage the litigation process to ensure cost-effective claims resolution
• Calculate and assign reserves, approve claim payments, and prepare necessary state filings

Required Qualifications

• California-certified WC expert
• SIP certification required
• 3+ years of specialized experience in claims management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in claims processing and workers' compensation reporting
