Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner with specialized experience in managing high-exposure claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex workers' compensation claims, managing them through action plans to timely resolution
• Negotiate settlements and manage reserve adequacy throughout the claim's lifecycle
• Coordinate vendor referrals and manage the litigation process for cost-effective claims resolution

Required Qualifications

• California-certified WC expert
• SIP certification required
• 3+ years of specialized experience in claims examination
• High school education or equivalent
• Experience level: Experienced (minimum 2 years)
