Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Claims Operations- Complex Property Field Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and review the quality of claim files, providing feedback to employees
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and member experiences
• Manage workload volumes, staffing, and training needs to achieve optimal productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• 6 years of progressive customer service, operational, or leadership experience, including 2 years in claims handling
• 2 years of direct team lead, supervisory, or management experience
• Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions
• Acquisition and maintenance of applicable insurance adjuster license within 6 months of starting the role
