Key Responsibilities

• Oversees performance management of a team of adjusters and vendor partners
• Addresses escalated customer situations and negotiates complex claim settlements
• Analyzes unit performance reports to support business objectives and fosters a collaborative culture

Required Qualifications

• California Claims Manager license
• Experience in managing bodily injury claims
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams
• Strong understanding of claims negotiation and arbitration processes
• Experience with performance management and employee coaching
