Job Summary
Leading a team of Quality Assurance Representatives, the full-time California Licensed Claims QA Supervisor will review claim files for accuracy and compliance with regulations while managing communications with the Department of Insurance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Oversee file reviews and manage responses to complaints filed with the California Department of Insurance
- Hire, train, and mentor Quality Assurance team members to maintain workflow efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 5-10 years of property insurance claims experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and property claims
- Proficiency in the Xactimate estimating program
- Certified in CEA and CA Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations
