• Communicate claim status with customers and adhere to client guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 1 year of industry experience preferred
• State Certification as an Experienced Examiner
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
