Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate claims by gathering evidence and assessing liability through various communication methods
  • Analyze and negotiate moderate bodily injury claims while collaborating with other departments for customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume environment or equivalent education and experience
  • 6-12 months of claims adjusting experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus
