Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions and guide them through the claims process, addressing inquiries and concerns
- Investigate claims by gathering evidence and assessing liability through various communication methods
- Analyze and negotiate moderate bodily injury claims while collaborating with other departments for customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 6 months of customer service experience in a high-volume environment or equivalent education and experience
- 6-12 months of claims adjusting experience preferred
- Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus
