Job Summary

Managing complex medical malpractice claims, the full-time California Licensed Claims Specialist will analyze and resolve severe injury claims while ensuring high levels of customer service and adherence to industry standards, with the option to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process complex medical malpractice claims, developing action plans for timely resolution
• Conduct investigations and provide reports on new events, claims, and legal actions
• Coordinate legal defense and manage claim costs through effective strategies and vendor partnerships

Required qualifications

• 6 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Licenses as required for the role
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
