Job Summary
Leading a team of Workers Compensation claims professionals, the full-time California Licensed Claims Supervisor will supervise claims handling, promote best practices, and drive talent development in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and encourage a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Guide the team in adhering to best practices for claims management
- Manage workloads and define team goals to optimize performance and efficiency
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 8 years of related claims experience
- California jurisdictional experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Prior leadership experience of at least 2 years
