Job Summary

Leading a team of Workers Compensation claims professionals, the full-time California Licensed Claims Supervisor will supervise claims handling, promote best practices, and drive talent development in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and encourage a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Guide the team in adhering to best practices for claims management
  • Manage workloads and define team goals to optimize performance and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 8 years of related claims experience
  • California jurisdictional experience
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
  • Prior leadership experience of at least 2 years
