Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time California Licensed Claims Supervisor will oversee a Workers Compensation claims team, ensuring high-quality service while managing workloads, promoting best practices, and driving talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team handling various caseloads to deliver efficient service
• Guide the team in accordance with company best practices and manage performance through defined goals
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and brokers, while utilizing technology to enhance team efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• California licensing required
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a claims environment
• Knowledge of all team member related functions
