Job Summary

Leading a Workers Compensation claims team, the full-time California Licensed Claims Supervisor will supervise operations, promote best practices, and drive talent development while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise a team handling various Workers Compensation claims to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Guide the claims team in accordance with best practices and manage workloads to optimize efficiency
  • Oversee the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 8 years of related claims experience
  • California jurisdictional experience
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
  • Prior leadership experience of at least 2 years
