Job Summary
Leading a Workers Compensation claims team, the full-time California Licensed Claims Supervisor will supervise operations, promote best practices, and drive talent development while working fully remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise a team handling various Workers Compensation claims to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Guide the claims team in accordance with best practices and manage workloads to optimize efficiency
- Oversee the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 8 years of related claims experience
- California jurisdictional experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Prior leadership experience of at least 2 years
