Job Summary
Seeking a full-time, fully remote California Licensed Claims Supervisor, the experienced Bodily Injury and Litigation Claims Supervisor will provide oversight on bodily injury and litigated claims, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with service standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide oversight and direction on bodily injury and litigated claims
- Conduct file reviews and provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to adjusters
- Monitor claim handling quality, service standards, and regulatory compliance
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Property & Casualty claims experience
- Significant experience handling Bodily Injury and litigated claims
- Strong understanding of insurance coverage, liability investigation, reserving, and negotiation
- Ability to effectively coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
