Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Claims Workers' Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Adjusters and Specialists, providing technical direction and performance management
- Perform claim audits and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal guidelines
- Resolve escalated complaints and identify trends to improve processes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of senior-level claims adjusting experience
- Experience in California claims; additional states preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation and insurance policy coverage
- High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Licensing may be required in additional jurisdictions based on business needs
