Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Claims Workers' Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Adjusters and Specialists, providing technical direction and performance management
  • Perform claim audits and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal guidelines
  • Resolve escalated complaints and identify trends to improve processes
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of senior-level claims adjusting experience
  • Experience in California claims; additional states preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation and insurance policy coverage
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Licensing may be required in additional jurisdictions based on business needs
