Job Summary
Supervising a team of examiners for public entity general liability claims, the full-time California Licensed Claims Team Lead will provide technical direction, monitor workloads, and ensure compliance with quality standards while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervises the operation of a team of examiners handling public entity general liability claims
- Identifies trends and issues, advising management on recommended actions and process improvements
- Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, ensuring proper claims adjudication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Five years of general liability claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
- Licenses as required and professional certifications applicable to the line of business preferred
