Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Class Action Attorney, the full-time position offers the opportunity to engage in all stages of litigation, including preparing pleadings, drafting discovery requests, and attending court hearings, with the flexibility of remote or onsite work as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, including complaints and motions for settlement approval
• Draft and respond to written discovery requests
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations, maintaining extensive client contact

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and active California Bar membership (0-3 years of litigation experience; post-bar clerks will be considered)
• Demonstrated interest in employment law and/or class action litigation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Commitment to client advocacy and professional growth
