Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Associate - Micro Group to join their Client Success team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Micro Group Client Portfolio by partnering with Account Executives on strategy, reporting, and client deliverables
• Own a Book of Business independently, managing day-to-day client interactions and relationships
• Execute core Benefits Analyst responsibilities including financial analysis, reporting, and vendor coordination

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of recent employee benefits experience in a brokerage setting
• Active Health Insurance License required
• Hands-on experience with renewals, carrier marketing, and open enrollment cycles
• Proficiency in financial analysis, quoting, and reporting within a client-servicing capacity
• Experience with benefits administration systems and strong skills in Excel and presentation software
