Job Summary

To support a growing family law firm, the full-time California Licensed Client Intake Specialist will engage with potential clients through phone, email, and text, guiding them through the onboarding process while maintaining a high conversion rate and ensuring client satisfaction in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and build genuine connections through various communication channels
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored family law services while maintaining accurate records
• Track success metrics and share progress with the team to celebrate achievements and streamline sales processes

Required qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm setting
• Superior computer skills and data entry abilities
• Ability to handle objections with compassion and skill
• High School Diploma or its equivalent, along with relevant office work experience
• Exhibits active listening with genuine empathy and maintains authoritative control during client interactions
