Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist - Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute administrative tasks related to account management and policy servicing, including processing endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
• Monitor payment status of policies and track claims, ensuring timely updates in the agency management system
• Issue certificates of insurance and assist with new business submissions and other office duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License may be required within 90 days of hire
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in Customer Service preferred
• Knowledge of insurance markets and commercial lines of coverage preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software
