Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program launch tasks and support account activities in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Guide clients in achieving their goals by prioritizing program tasks and creatively solving operational challenges
• Prepare client reports and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure efficient program implementation

Required Qualifications

• A BS or BA degree
• 2-3 years of professional experience in technology services or customer success, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software-related field
• Experience working with renewable energy, utilities, or adjacent industries is preferred
• Demonstrated success in managing client relationships over an extended period
• Project management experience with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
