Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations at an ambulatory practice, the full-time California Licensed Clinic Supervisor will manage staff coverage, patient flow, and compliance while ensuring high-quality patient care in a wound care setting.

Key responsibilities

• Owns daily operations including opening and closing procedures, staff management, and patient flow optimization
• Leads team communications and ensures effective collaboration with staff, providers, and cross-functional partners
• Monitors compliance with safety standards and oversees clinical competencies of staff while addressing patient concerns and service recovery

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Three years of experience in an ambulatory clinical setting required
• One year of supervisory experience or demonstrated informal leadership required
• Current BLS/CPR certification from an accredited institution required if a Medical Assistant
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical workflow software required
