Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Accreditation Manager to provide support and guidance on URAC and ACHC Accreditations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead accreditation survey readiness programs and conduct gap analyses
  • Support ongoing readiness for accreditation surveys, including revising policies and providing training
  • Participate in Quality Management Committees and facilitate mock audits and corrective action plans
Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree, and a licensed Pharmacist
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in Pharmacy, preferably with prior accreditation experience
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
