Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical AI Specialist, RN - Medical Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert input on emergency medicine coding and serve as the internal authority for the Medical Coding product line
• Review AI-generated coding outputs against clinical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with product teams to inform design decisions and create comprehensive testing materials

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 3-7 years of experience in medical coding, clinical documentation improvement, or revenue cycle roles
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM/PCS, and E/M leveling
• Familiarity with CMS guidelines and payer-specific requirements
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
