A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and provide clinical documentation to third-party payers for services rendered
• Analyze charge transactions and documentation to ensure accurate billing
• Conduct audits and review documentation workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Five years of related experience in an acute care facility or four years in Radiation Oncology
• RN, coder, or equivalent clinical documentation background
• RN or Certified Coding (CCS, CPC) certification
• Experience in insurance/contract billing and collections preferred
