Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Assessment Manager Oasis Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate OASIS review and plan of care development with the clinical team
Educate staff on OASIS documentation and perform quarterly record reviews
Assist in establishing therapeutic goals and facilitate case conference meetings

Required Qualifications

Registered nurse with current licensure in California
OASIS certification required prior to starting the position
Minimum two years of experience in conducting quality OASIS reviews in home health
Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
Experience with star measures and value-based purchasing
