Job Summary

A company is looking for a California Licensed Clinical Assessment Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the clinical team for OASIS review and plan of care development
Educate staff on OASIS documentation and review all OASIS for accuracy
Conduct quarterly record reviews and assist in the planning and evaluation of educational programs

Required Qualifications

Registered nurse with current licensure in California
OASIS certification required prior to starting the position
Preferred experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN degree preferred
Minimum two years of experience in conducting quality OASIS reviews in a home health setting
