Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Assessment Manager Oasis Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the clinical team for OASIS review and plan of care development
• Educate staff on OASIS documentation and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Conduct quarterly record reviews and assist in the planning and evaluation of educational programs

Required Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current licensure in California
• OASIS certification required prior to starting the position
• Preferred experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
• Minimum two years of experience in conducting quality OASIS reviews in home health
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
