California Licensed Clinical Assessment Manager

Job Summary

To enhance patient care in a remote setting, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Assessment Manager will manage OASIS documentation, educate staff on best practices, and conduct case conferences while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate OASIS documentation for accuracy and compliance with CMS guidelines
• Conduct case conferences with clinical teams to establish care plans and therapeutic goals
• Assist in the development and implementation of in-service education programs for staff

Required qualifications

• Current California RN licensure and OASIS certification
• Minimum two years of experience in conducting quality OASIS reviews in a home health setting
• Preferred experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) software
• Graduate of a National League for Nursing accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of star measures and value-based purchasing
