Job Summary
To support clinical operations, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Consultant will manage data collection, account implementations, and audit activities remotely, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Leads data analysis projects to identify clinically related issues and track productivity and quality measures
- Reviews and interprets data for compliance with HEDIS, URAC, and NCQA reporting requirements
- Produces documentation and reports, including project plans and business process models, to support operational improvements
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in Psychology, Nursing, or related clinical field; Master's preferred
- Three to five years of case management or related clinical experience
- Two to three years of experience in business studies or analysis, preferably in healthcare
- Current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license or RN required
