California Licensed Clinical Coordinator

Job Summary

Serving as a liaison for credential candidates and school districts, the part-time California Licensed Clinical Coordinator will oversee clinical placements, manage University Clinical Supervisors, and conduct fieldwork orientations, all while working remotely for 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact local school districts to place education credential candidates in compliance with CTC requirements
• Assign and train University Clinical Supervisors, while following up on their evaluations of candidates
• Conduct orientations for University Clinical Supervisors and candidates to clarify expectations and support candidates facing challenges in fieldwork

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution
• 5+ years of teaching experience at the K-12 level
• Experience working with credential candidates in a university setting
• Current California teaching credential required
• Current administrative services credential desired
