Job Summary
To support a transformative mental healthcare movement, a full-time California Licensed Clinical Counselor will establish rapport with patients, diagnose mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders while conducting ongoing assessments of patient progress
- Create and adjust individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
Required qualifications
- Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields
- Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license
- Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency, with familiarity in NextGen preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
