California Licensed Clinical Counselor

Job Summary

To support a transformative mental healthcare movement, a full-time California Licensed Clinical Counselor will establish rapport with patients, diagnose mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders while conducting ongoing assessments of patient progress
• Create and adjust individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances

Required qualifications

• Master's Level Degree or higher in related fields
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license
• Minimum of 12 months in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency, with familiarity in NextGen preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
