Job Summary
To support a transformative approach to mental healthcare, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Counselor will establish trusting relationships with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders while creating individualized treatment plans
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Required qualifications
- Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field
- Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist license
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a clinical setting after obtaining licensure
- Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with familiarity in NextGen preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
