Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct utilization management reviews across various clinical specialties, ensuring timely and compliant determinations
• Direct care coordination services for a defined member population, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes
• Provide leadership and performance oversight to direct reports, ensuring excellence in utilization management and case management practices

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on utilization review experience in a managed care or clinical setting
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership skills in employee development and performance management
