Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Analyst who is responsible for auditing and reviewing documentation related to medical charges.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and review documentation and charge capturing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate and conduct audit interviews with third-party payers regarding patient bills
• Review medical records to support appeals for clinical and technical denials

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience accepted
• Five years of current related experience in an acute care facility or four years in Radiation Oncology
• RN, coder, or equivalent clinical documentation background
• RN or Certified Coding (CCS, CPC)
