Job Summary

Supporting accurate and compliant clinical documentation, the part-time Clinical Documentation Integrity RN will review new cases, collaborate with providers, and manage daily workloads in a remote contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Review new cases to evaluate documentation completeness and identify clarification needs
• Conduct 10 new reviews and 10-15 re-reviews daily while maintaining productivity and quality expectations
• Collaborate with providers to clarify clinical indicators, diagnoses, and documentation gaps

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of CDI experience (3+ years preferred)
• Active RN license
• EPIC experience required
• Experience with CDI tools; Nuance CDE preferred
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
