Job Summary

Transforming complex EHRs into engaging learning experiences, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Educator will design and deliver innovative curriculum for clinicians and teams, ensuring user confidence and system adoption in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement effective training programs for clinical informatics systems
• Collaborate with clinical informatics partners and stakeholders to create user-friendly learning materials
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for users during system implementation and beyond

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• Epic certification in assigned modules within 6 months of hire
• 2 years of experience in designing educational materials and delivering training
• 2 years of experience working with clinical information systems in a healthcare setting
• Active license as a clinician if applicable (e.g., RN, Physical Therapist)
