California Licensed Clinical Excellence Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CA Licensed Clinical Excellence Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and development of up to 15 Collaborative Care Clinicians, including clinical metrics and scheduling
• Manage a small caseload of patients while coordinating care with primary care providers and monitoring clinical outcomes
• Document patient progress and treatment recommendations in electronic health records and facilitate care plan changes as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
• Licensed to practice in California as an independent clinician (LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience and 3+ years of lead or supervisory experience
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches and behavioral health tools
• Technical proficiency in EHRs and ability to learn new technology quickly
