California Licensed Clinical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Excellence Lead who is a licensed behavioral health clinician.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance and development of up to 15 Collaborative Care Clinicians, including coaching and performance management
• Manage a small caseload of patients, customizing treatment plans and coordinating care with primary care providers
• Document patient progress and treatment recommendations in electronic health records and facilitate care plan changes as needed

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
• Licensed to practice in California as an independent clinician (LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience and 3+ years of lead or supervisory experience
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches and technical proficiency in various platforms including EHRs
• Knowledge of behavioral health tools and capability to provide clinical care to diverse patient populations
