Job Summary

To support positive patient onboarding and follow-up care outcomes, the remote Clinical Intake/Triage Nurse, who is a California Licensed Clinical Nurse, will welcome patients, complete AUD screenings, educate on treatment protocols, and manage initial intake processes while working flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and conducts screenings for alcohol use disorder to determine program eligibility
• Educates patients on treatment plans, including breathalyzer use and medication expectations
• Completes initial nursing intake, schedules appointments, and communicates with healthcare providers

Required qualifications

• Current RN license, with preference for California and compact licenses
• 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in addiction medicine
• At least one year of telemedicine experience is preferred
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of data security protocols
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday
