Job Summary

Overseeing the clinical education team for the online campus, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Operations Director will manage student placements for clinical rotations, ensure compliance with accreditation requirements, and implement streamlined processes and software tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the clinical education team and coordinates student placements at clinical sites
• Implements software platforms and automates processes to standardize operations
• Ensures compliance documentation is accurate and manages incidents reported at clinical sites

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited university
• Five years of related experience in clinical operations or education
• Strong supervisory and management skills applicable to specialized program areas
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing programs and accreditation standards
• Experience with MS Office and relevant databases for accurate reporting and projections
