California Licensed Clinical Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager (RN) to oversee nursing and clinical operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership to the RN team, ensuring high-quality clinical practice and compliance with standards
• Develop and implement scalable onboarding, training, and operational plans for RN functions
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate clinical operations with company goals and lead quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in CA, NY, and AZ, or in at least CA or NY with a willingness to obtain additional licenses
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience with progressive operational or leadership responsibilities
• Proven track record managing clinical teams and operational workflows in relevant healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of clinical quality frameworks, patient safety, and compliance standards
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional alignment
