Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Med D Formulary.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate CMS and pharmacy practice requirements into operational processes
• Ensure formularies are consistent with HPMS filed formularies and troubleshoot issues
• Oversee pharmacy projects and present formulary updates and recommendations to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacy License in state of residence
• 2+ years of working experience as a licensed pharmacist
• 1+ years of experience working in a PBM and/or Health Plan
• Solid computer proficiency and experience with Excel and Outlook
